@brianwisti So far so good. I've had 15 weeks with a loss every week. My approach to eating has changed. It is still a challenge but doable.
@brianwisti My focus is healthy weight loss. Mainly reduce carbs significantly, and control portion size. Beans and eggs are great protein.
